I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER. Ive never had a realtor completely fail to show up before, and it was incredibly frustrating. My experience with this realtor was extremely disappointing. Deeanna Maes was unprofessional and unreliable. Deeanna showed us a total of four houses. The first house was located on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. We were to meet on a Friday I believe it was 5pm. Deeanna did not show. I called the number and asked her if she was on her way. Deeanna stated she was on the west side and would not be able to make it. I had myself, my husband and two good friends come to the house to tour it. Deeanna stated that the house was occupied and she would have to connect another time. Well, that was a LIE. We viewed the vacant house from the outside, It definitely was NOT OCCUPIED. When I did get to see the house on another day my husband was unable to go so, I went with a friend. Deeanna arrived after us and stated I needed to sign a paper or I could not tour the house. Deeanne had two days to email me a copy of this agreement, before the tour so I could have fully read what I was sighing. I sighed under distress. This was just one of the many ways she failed me. When Deeanna sent me a Purchase Agreement to sign on another house she emailed me a copy to sign. I felt very pressured to sign it quickly (the same day that I received the agreement) and I had to tell her I was not signing anything until I reviewed it. I called the very next day with questions about the purchase agreement and needed her to change several areas of the agreement or I would not sign. I originally signed a broker agreement for the 10/03/25 to 11/30/25 tucked away in the purchase agreement I would now have her now as my broker from November 4, 2025 until May 4, of 2026. Deeanna stated she was not aware of that begin in the purchase agreement because she had someone else prepare it and she had not even looked it over. Again, she was going to show us a listing and she called when we were almost there to state she was unable to meet us at the scheduled time because she was still getting her hair done. | I felt completely disregarded. When youre searching for a home, you expect commitment and respect for your time, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this realtor to anyone, as I wouldnt want others to go through the same frustrating and unprofessional experience I had. MH 11/13/25

Seth is the absolute best. I would highly recommend him. Seth was so helpful, I really dont know if I wouldve gotten my house if it wasnt for his amazing skills. Seth is classy, responsive, and highly skilled. He is helpful, friendly, caring, funny and wonderful. He is probably the best real estate agent in the city of Albuquerque. While some of my home buying process was very confusing and stressful, Seth was a magic angel and made everything work out. I would recommend him to my very best friends.
