Dee Furo came highly recommended to us. Initially, we were skeptical who would want to take on a unique set of circumstances, requirements, time constraints . . . and a little hand-holding. We gave Dee a call and even though still stressed, we were immediately satisfied with her professionalism and confidence. One of the hurdles we threw her direction was that we lived 200 miles away and weren't readily available to look at properties/homes. Because of this, we would discuss options via email and phone, she would then go visit the property/home we had an interest in and would give us feedback accordingly. This method really saved us a lot of time and travel expense. On a few occasions we did make the trip to look at several properties/homes in a day's time (or weekend) and Dee was very patient with us during the entire process. Because of these unique circumstances and the time we spent together, we got to know Dee on a personal level and she has a great sense of humor and an outgoing, friendly personality. She's one of those individuals that you gravitate toward because of their warmth and sincerity. Dee's knowledge of the real estate market was outstanding and she worked very hard to find our home. When we got discouraged and it seemed that our perfect home would never be found, she would put our minds at ease and worked even harder to find us more options or simply reassured us that everything would work out. She never pushed us to look outside of our budget or criteria. Because of Dee's diligence we are now living in our perfect home, enjoying the many benefits and blessings of the Northland area. Dee came through for us after we had to fire an unresponsive unprofessional agent that was unable to sell our home and unwilling to market our unique property in creative ways. Dee was quick to pick up the ball and keep it rolling. Our home sat on the market for 8 months but Dee took over and sold it within 3 weeks.
