She made herself available to go do in person showings, and either Zoom video call with me, or would take a thorough walkthrough video so we could make decisions about coming up with an offer. We were able to drive from North Carolina to Texas for one day, and she helped us cram as many showings as we could fit into our trip, and helped us really choose the area we wanted to live in. We wound up going with a new build, which was unexpected to all of us, but she worked along side the builder to make sure everything was perfect before we moved in.
