About Debra Williams

It can be scary to either buy or sell a home in today's market, especially if it's a vacation home that you don't live near, so you're not familiar with all the local rules and governmental regulations, environmental concerns, and maintenance issues in the area. There is also the changing taxation rules, interest rate fluctuations, and lender requirements that need to be considered. It's so helpful to have someone that invests their time, money and energy into staying current with these issues and with the technology needed to market and find the right property working for you. That's what I endeavor to do for all my clients. Whether you're buying your first home or just finding your little peace of heaven on the coast for eventual retirement, I have committed myself to stay abreast of issues that affect my clients. I was basically "born" into the business as my father was a Realtor with his own company for 43 years and my grandfather sold real estate in Oceanside, OR also. I worked with my father for 22 years before he passed, and even though I was educated in Corvallis and Newport as a Marine Biologist, my father needed my help and I'm so thankful I said "Yes". It has been 35 years of truly learning the "heart of a servant" perspective that I bring to my profession. It is an honor to serve my clients in one of their most important investments and the consistent referrals I receive from my past clients is the highest award I can receive.
