I rented two properties from her. I found most of the office staff rude except one or two. There is high turnover in this office. I left both my properties immaculate. The owner / Manager seized my pet deposit I offered up of my own volition 3 years ago. She cited no damages, no reasons, just said the deposit was non-refundable, and offered no justification or proof. I submitted an attorney general and a real estate commission complaint against her. There are no clear-cut policies with this agency. I recently bought a home through another agency. Additionally, she failed to mention that the last tenant, a local drug dealer, died in the living room. My daughter and I had strange knocks on the doors for months--locals looking for the deceased. Ms. Parsons also neglected to mention the lack of insulation in the floor and thus the exorbitant heating and air bills. Ms. Parsons asked me why I didn't go through her to purchase my new house. I told her that none of her agents ever called me back--and she was one of them. Again, Many staff are smug, rude, and disdainful, including the owner. I have recently read other reviews where tenants' deposits disappeared without justification.

Recently closed on a property and she made the entire process quick, easy, and streamlined.
