Debra Meyer leads a very successful career in real estate. Debra has grown her business based on her vision of helping as many people buy or sell, utilizing her previous career expertise in servicing and negotiating International contracts for a Fortune 500 Company. Since 2006 she has sold Historic Mansions, Multi Million Dollar Properties to vast acreages, and everything in between. We bought this beautiful house two years ago through Deb. Before her I had a realtor who did not understand my needs and what I was looking for. I requested for a new realtor randomly, and she found me. So glad she found me because she tried her best to understand what my husband and I wanted in a home. After telling her what we were looking for, she found us houses that we asked for. Impressive! Good enough, we found the house we liked within a few days! During the whole process, she stood by our sides, making sure all the paperwork was smooth and she was very communicative with us 24/7! You won't regret having her as your relator.

Deb is amazing! I met her through a friend for whom she did exemplary work finding a home. Her knowledge of the Texas home buying process is extensive, and she can quickly spot issues in properties which a careful buyer should consider. She is up front, clear and concise in her communications. She is also very punctual and very quickly helps you feel cared for and comfortable. This is so important given the scale of a home purchase!Where Deb really shines is negotiation. You can feel secure that Deb is on your side, working to get you the best deal possible. I consider myself a skilled negotiator in the project world but compared to Deb, I am junior at best. Her creativity in reaching mutually agreeable outcomes between buyer and seller is truly magical to watch. I learned a lot from her through this whole process. We feel we got a very good deal on the home we just bought and will definitely use Deb to sell our old home.

Deb Meyer worked as our Buyer's Agent for our new home in Austin. It was our first home and without a doubt we were very lucky to have Deb working on our behalf. She walked us through all the steps before we even found a house. Once we found the house we wanted she helped us win a competitive bid and then and kept us posted as the process moved along. She has excellent resources available when it comes to financing and inspections and when push comes to shove she'll work long hours to make the deal work.
