Deb spent so much time with us going through our home, making recommendations on things to fix or change to give our home more appeal to potential buyers. She helped us categorize projects into the 1. must do, 2. would be nice to do, and 3. up to us. Ultimately, what we fixed/changed was driven by our need to sell quickly. She kept us updated as potential buyers went through, and even stopped by a time or two to tidy up, as we had by then already moved out of state. She offered us just the right amount of information to allow us to make sound decisions on pricing and on the offer we ultimately accepted. She was there for us as we headed into the difficult winter home selling season, and got our house sold! As we seem to move more often than wed like, we have had our fair share of experience with selling or trying to sell houses. Deb was by far our favorite realtor. If we ever move back to the area, we will call upon her again!
