Deborah made sure to keep us in the loop with all the deadlines. She always made herself available, literally I mean always. Anytime my wife had a question, it seemed like Deborah would give us a satisfactory answer within 10 minutes, even past 5pm. She also made sure she was educating us and giving us knowledge instead of trying to make us feel small and rush the sale.
