I have the expertise, patience, experience and dedication to see you through the entire process. Attention to details, a strong background in accounting and design, years as a full time Realtor, are all areas that I pull from when selling your home or assisting you in the purchase of your new home. Whether selling or purchasing a home, we will review the entire process, start to finish. I believe knowledge and understanding the complexities of how the selling/purchasing process works today, the less stress and emotional ups and downs you'll experience. When selling your home, we'll review current market conditions in your area, discuss a marketing proposal, pricing options and suggestions on staging and repairs, if necessary. This along with professional photographs and marketing will display your home in the best possible light. I am also able to assist buyer's with lending qualifications. I work with many local lending affiliates that can match you with a loan program that can fit your needs. Anything from conventional to FHA programs and even 203k renovation loans. I am based in the Greensburg area and service Westmoreland and Eastern Allegheny counties. Most importantly, I understand the decision of buying a new home or selling your existing home isn't just a process of negotiating contracts, its a personal, major life decision, which is why my clients like that I not only understand all aspects of the business and market, but have raised a family myself, right here in the area.

Deborah was an amazing realtor. My sister and I lost our mother unexpectedly, and we were given her information and I have to say we were pleased. There were many times when we had conference calls with my sister, Deb and I and she answered every single question. She gave us realistic expectations and was always upfront about everything. Losing a mother is the hardest thing and then to have to sell the house we grew up in was hard, but Deb made it alittle less stressful. Thank you Deb for everything:)

Deborah provided excellent service through the entire process of listing and selling my mothers home. She was very understanding and helpful In working with my mother who is 87 years old. Deborah set realistic expectations on the value of the property. She explained in detail how she arrived at the suggested selling price. She knew the market and was able to target prospective buyers. Deb is a total rockstar, she stuck with me for well over a year and half maybe even 2 until we found the house that was right. As a first time home buyer on a limited budget and not exactly having a picture in my head of what i wanted she was willing to go anywhere to show me a house. I highly recommend her as an agent.
