When selling your home, we'll review current market conditions in your area, discuss a marketing proposal, pricing options and suggestions on staging and repairs, if necessary. This along with professional photographs and marketing will display your home in the best possible light.

I am also able to assist buyer's with lending qualifications. I work with many local lending affiliates that can match you with a loan program that can fit your needs. Anything from conventional to FHA programs and even 203k renovation loans.
I am based in the Greensburg area and service Westmoreland and Eastern Allegheny counties.
