They literally sold our home the next day but due to financing issues the deal fell through but we ended up with another offer that, after some negotiating, we accepted right at the first opened house. Contracts were signed and after buyers secured the loan with the bank we went to closing. I want to say the banking took 50 days to get to closing but that was the only real time consuming part of the process. That time actually was a plus when you consider having to clean out 25 years of living in a house! The closing was really quick too. Over all we got the number we wanted for the house, very little hassle and smooth closing makes me want to let others know why I would suggest using Deborah & Eric when they decide to sell their home.
