Deb is a superstar and we benefitted greatly from her local knowledge, negotiating skills, spot-on recommendations, and calm demeanor. If you've transacted in real estate, you likely know it can be a stressful experience (lack of transparency, several things happening at the last minute, etc.). The right realtor will be in your corner, smoothing things out (often behind the scenes). We had our eye on a particular property and it was an out-of-state purchase. Deb helped us build a real estate dream team including a fantastic relator in our local market for the sale, and an excellent attorney who pushed things along as hiccups arose. She was highly responsive to our needs, jumping on calls when requested and providing boots on the ground. We are very thankful with the outcome. Given this our sixth home purchase in our fourth state, we have the experience to realize Deb is fantastic and the result was amazing.
