Deborah took over selling my parent's house after my father had just passed away. I needed to focus on the estate and paperwork so I could take care of my mother who was in a senior assisted memory unit. Deborah took care of everything with minimal effort from me. She guided me through the offers, found people to take care of the estate sale, repairs, contingencies and, well everything! As the sale moved forward, Deborah was in constant contact and kept me updated constantly. She even took care of some repairs and extra things like smoke detectors out of her own pocket so I didn't have to go to the store on my own time.
