Due to divorce I was forced to find a new home in the worst buyers' real estate market in my lifetime. I consulted with a couple of local realtors and decided to go with Debbra Abeyta's office. Lisa Layton became my hand-holder throughout the summer. We looked at over a dozen properties spread over three counties. With her expert assistance we eliminated a lot of them, made offers on a few (barely lost out with a couple of those offers way-over-list price), and finally had success with a very nice house in Bailey Co. And then more fun started with my lender, whose underwriter kept asking for more and more, sometimes the same info more than once. Through all of that, Lisa kept calm while I was losing it and guided me through the closing day. She's kept in touch since then to see how I'm settling in; I consider her a friend now. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better professional during this difficult process.

Lisa was amazing!!! We moved from out of state, and she took us all over the greater Denver area three different weekends to help us figure out where we wanted to narrow our home search. When we started making offers she visited countless homes and did virtual walkthroughs so we could see the homes and neighborhoods. When we had an offer accepted she scheduled inspections, picked us up at the airport, did walkthroughs, and really went above and beyond to make sure our transaction went smoothly. I cant recommend her enough!!!!!
