Debbie was incredible!!! She explained everything to us in laymans terms and helped us each step of the way. I never felt intimidated to call her for the simplest detail. Debbie assisted me with purchasing land to build my new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better and more supportive person to go on this journey. I made many inquiries on different properties before finding the property I ultimately purchased and she assisted me with each property inquiry without hesitation and helped me make the best decision for my needs. Being a single parent, this was a huge step for me to take but Debbie was there for me through the entire process, including offering assistance in dealing with the local city government agencies. A friend of mine referred me to Debbie to list our house. I am so happy I followed that recommendation. She was very helpful in determining which listings were worthwhile properties, which saved us a lot of time. She was honest and upfront with information and very committed to getting us into a home that was right for us. She was reliable and in communication frequently with updates when necessary. Her knowledge and experience allowed us opportunities to bounce ideas off of her (in terms of areas we liked, features we were looking for in a home, etc).
