Working with Debbie Pisaro was by far the most enjoyable aspect of buying our first home. As newbies, we didn't know what to look for in a real estate agent, but by the end we knew we'd struck gold as she is the most attentive, helpful, accessible, and professional person we encountered throughout our entire buying process. Debbie knows the market and greater Los Angeles area so well, and after one discussion about what my husband and I were looking for, she brought us to an amazing property we now own and love. Honestly, we probably wouldn't have looked at this condo on our own, but she knew the building and the area and knew it would be a good fit for us. We had a complicated buying process due to technicalities with the HOA and the seller and our bank - Debbie was extremely patient in helping us navigate negotiations and our many questions, and we believe without her guidance we wouldn't have had a successful purchase. Another realtor without her experience could have easily mishandled a number of situations in which we could have lost the property. She coordinated every detail with our bank, the listing agent and buyer, the escrow company, the HOA, and our vendors and everyone reported back that it was always a pleasure to work with someone so competent and reasonable. Not only is she extremely professional, but she is also hilarious and fun and has become a friend. She has all the insider tips on our new neighborhood (Studio City) and in so many ways, we've learned so much from her. Can't recommend working with Debbie more! Do it!
