I am a full time, full service Realtor with NextHome Preferred in Dover Delaware serving both Kent and Sussex County. I have been a full time Realtor since 2004, specializing in residential sales, relocations and investments with extensive experience in Military transfers and First Time Home buyers. I also hold the Military Relocation Professional Certification. Originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I moved to Delaware in 1997 after marrying my husband, Ken. Ken recently retired after 24 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2014 and is currently working to obtain his certification to become a Real Estate Appraiser. Since starting my real estate career in Delaware I have consistently been ranked in the top 5% of all agents in Kent County. In 2018 I ranked #1 in sales volume. I sold over 40 homes, 32 of which were listings. I was named Kent County Realtor of the Year for 2013 and a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Delaware Today every year since 2011. For 2014 I also won the Kent County Association of Realtors "Realtor Spirit Award". I have served on the Board of Directors for the Kent County Association of Realtors as Vice President and Director. I serve on multiple committees for both Kent County and Delaware. I was Chairperson for the Kent County Association of Realtors Education Committee for 6 years and currently serve on the Delaware Real Estate Education Committee.
