Debbie was extremely understanding and willing to work with us as the actual buyer was in another state and it was like a 3 way dealings with extra realtors involved because there was another house being sold at the same time ours was being bought. She was wonderfully patient over the whole situation of closing dates being pushed back and so much hassles with all that was involved. My experience with Debbie could not have been better! As a first-time home buyer, I started my search with practically no background knowledge on what it took to find and purchase a house all by myself. Debbie was available for me whenever I needed her, whether it was answering questions via text message and e-mail, or making appointments with me to see as many houses as possible with the time that I had due to my busy evening schedule.
