Debbie & Guan have been a HUGE HUGE HUGE blessing in our lives. As a first time home buyer, who also didnt really know what I was looking for, Debbie was extremely helpful, encouraging, and patient. I?ve known Debbie for over 15 years and so knew that I?d be in really good hands. As I expected, she was professional, responsive to questions, and truly caring. Its rare to find someone whom one can have complete competent confidence to do a job and to do it well. Debbie is one of those rare gem of a person who genuinely cares and is outstanding in her craft when it comes to real estate property knowledge and surrounding transactions. Prior to meeting Debbie, we were faced with the unexpected stresses of a catastrophic critical crisis and the imminent hospice departure of a beloved family member; hence there was little mental and emotional capacity, nor energy to devote to the sale of our property.
