Experienced, resourceful, helpful, ethical. It was the easiest real estate transaction Ive experienced in 45 yrs. She recommended the roofer, pest inspector, painter, deep cleaner, and a company for new carpets. They were excellent choices and it made our already stressful project cleaning out our father-in-laws house sane. She was equally skillful in recommending the listing price, providing information on all of the numerous offers (most of which came in above asking), and guiding us seamlessly through the offer and counteroffer process. She also did a few additional minor improvements to the house after we left town. In a nutshell, she was a godsend! I would highly recommend her.

We were out of state while she handled the sale of our home in California, so she also helped us with much appreciated recommendations and suggestions for painting, floor, cleaning, staging, etc. to help get our house ready for listing. The brochure she prepared, was worthy of framing! After the house sold, in just one day, she helped us navigate escrow virtually, and was very helpful in clarifying all of our questions as we signed the necessary documents online.
