Asses your financial situation first. Communication-is very important for buyers to ask questions and make informed decisions. Location, price and condition are factors for many buyers.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Prepare your home for showings. Choosing the Real Estate Agent, as myself, to help you through this process. Communication-many questions will be asked; negotiation may happen. Identify potential issues early. Price your home. Market your listing.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I am new to this profession. However, I have over 20 years in student housing.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have done seller and buyer contracts with my mentor. Both are under contract.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started because I like to help people. This career will let me inform and help guide the selling or buying of the largest investment people will make.
