Debbie Francis had two days to help us find a house. She listened carefully to our preferences and showed us homes in our price range. When we could not find what we wanted, she made suggestions and showed us homes that she thought we might like and she did find us the perfect home. Very positive and always very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Never a hard sell and stated that ultimately she wanted us to be happy with our choice. Always returned our calls quickly and went beyond her duty to help us from the showing to closing. We were living in PA and moving to FL. Debbie was essential in our buying process because we were not able to be in the state we were buying in. We picked out 7 houses of the numerous Debbie had sent our way. My husband flew to FL to meet Debbie and see the houses. She showed all the houses in 2 days and we chose the house we wanted. Debbie was in constant contact with us during the buying process and was always available no matter how small a problem/question was. Debbie is friendly and a joy to work with. first off debbie is very personable and knows her way around the realty business. when buying she is always trying to get the best deal for you. selling is the same way. she has a head on her shoulders with a real life perspective. also she respects your time by not dragging showings out. there are good and bad showings and she is a where of these. cuts down on the obstacles and leads you in the right direction. the words being helpful just doesnt describe her enough. Dennis realty has a real gem in her.
