    Before her career in real estate, Deb spent two transformative years living in Africa, using her degree in nutrition to make a meaningful impact. Working alongside nurses, she visited rural hospitals to teach women about malaria prevention, hydration, and the importance of long-term breastfeeding for infant health. During that time, Deb learned enough of the language to communicate with the local community, gaining a profound appreciation for the strength and resilience of the human spirit. She returned to the states and continued her role as educator by becoming a teacher for the next 20 years. Her experiences have shaped her worldview and instilled in her a deep sense of empathy and purpose that she carries into her work with clients.

    Deb is so personable. She has so much knowledge and skill and is clever and how to write an offer and help a buyer stand out. She was patient and kind but gave really awesome guidance. She listened and really seem to care. We had such a profoundly easy experience with her. She made the process truly fun and I cant say that about all realtors. We would buy or sell with her again!

    My husband and I moved to Astoria from Atlanta, GA. This was a BIG deal for us. My husband moved here and then I was flying in on weekends to find homes. We had NO clue what we wanted, about the are or basically what the heck we were doing. We were referred to Bree's team, my husband met with Bree and spent a few days looking with her and then I spent basically a long weekend monopolizing all of Deb's time. We LOVE our home and are so grateful for Bree and Deb. They even have had mixers and tried to introduce us to their other clients that have moved to the area. I have had the pleasure of interacting with other members of Bree's team, Deb is my favorite, but you will be in good hands with anyone from this awesome group of people. I know this review sounds fluffy and kind, but bottom line Deb worked really hard to get an awesome deal for us.
