Deb was wonderful to work with. She was patient, kind, and takes the time to explain every step of the process to first time buyers. She never backed down from answering my questions, and was always up front with us when a house we wanted to look at was, to put it bluntly, a terrible option. We decided we wanted to be in Cranberry Twp and she didnt rest until she found a viable optionaEUR" which ended up being the one we decided to buy! She celebrated the successful deal with us, and kept in constant contact so I never had to guess or wonder where we were at over the 60-day process. When the sellers took something from the house that was noticed at the final walkthrough, Deb was quick to solve the problem.
