I knew Veronica Antich-Fjeld thru friend circle. She is very friendly, approachable, has lots of patience and very good knowledge of process. During this house buying, I learned that, it is process and your requirement changes as you learn about housing market especially when you are first time home buyer so you need someone who is just not your agent but also your friend who works behalf of you and look after your best interest instead of just checking the box.
