I have worked in customer service for over 20 years as well as being a professional buyer for 5 years, before transitioning to real estate. We met Deb during a trip to Wilmington. Walked into the RE office and she was the agent on duty that day and were we ever lucky! Deb worked with us for over a year while we waited for another property to sell. When we finally found the perfect house she got right down to submitting the offer and negotiating on our behalf. We are from out of town, so Deb did a FaceTime walk thru with us and met us for an in-person walkthrough a couple weeks later. Since purchasing, she has accepted deliveries and met us on Xmas Day to turn over the keys. We will continue to use Deb for management of the property too. Extremely dedicated to her profession and a great person/friend to have in Wilmington!
