There were several different team members that answered all of my questions explained Realtor jargon. They suggested directions for me too focus on in getting the house prepared. They guided me with packing up, storage. They delivered boxes and they met people at the house when I was unable to meet them. They met the fire marshal. They met the security people. It was the most stress-free selling. I have ever experienced. I was unable to make it to signing and they had everything in place three weeks before the signing so that I did not have to be there. The team is great , each person had a discipline that they were experts at and the house sold within less than 24 hours of putting it up. I heard how good they were.
