I fell in love with him right away. He had a happy and inviting voice. I explained to him that I live in Connecticut but was looking for home in the Orlando Florida area. I gave him my price range wish list. He set up a profile for me that sent me homes the would fit my needs. I received email notifications when new homes that fit my search criteria hit the market.DeAundre was super flexible and accommodating. I was from out of town so he would have a long list of homes to show me when I was able to make to Florida. He never complained and was prepared with homes for me to see every time I came to town, even when he was only given a days notice or when I would only be in town for less than 24 hours.He is super knowledgeable, humble and honest. He didnt claim to know everything but would find the answers if he didnt have them. He guided me through having to walking away from and home that had a bad inspection. He walked me through the process while explaining all of my options. He kept me positive when I was overwhelmed and ready to give up hope. He responded to my 11pm text messages of listing I founds and questions I had. He was patient and didnt stop until found my home.DeAundre helped me find the perfect home for me and my kids to relocate to Florida. He was amazing to me especially with me living over 1000 miles away. 10 out of 10 I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Relator in the Orange County area.
