Hello. I am Deanne Kouba Day, the Broker/Owner of Day and Company, Inc. I have lived in the Denver Metro area for more than 36 years. Originally I came from North Dakota and was raised in a family of 11. I have been in the real estate business for more than 29 years. In that time I have specialized in farms, ranches, acreage, vacant land, ranches, shops, barns, residential homes, commercial properties, short sales, foreclosures, auctions, and bank owned properties. My approach is very simple! I answer my phone, do what I tell you I will do and I treat every transaction as if it were my own!
