Deanna Moran

I have been in the real estate business for nearly 20 years. I started in Columbia, MD with Re/Max Columbia and then moved over to Re/Max Advantage. After several years there, my mother and I opened our own real estate company called Astor Properties. In
2010, I moved to North Carolina and got my NC license. I also received my SFR designation which trained me to help people, buyers and sellers, with short sales and to keep homeowners out of foreclosure. Along with my SFR designation, I also received my ABR designation, which helps me better serve buyers. I absolutely love being a Realtor because I truly enjoy helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives!

My husband joined me in selling real estate n 2011 and we work together as a team. We have a son who absolutely loves the beach and hopefully he will be a little surfer.

On our days off, we enjoy going to the beach, playing in the pool or taking Jack to The Aquarium.

Moving to Wilmington, NC has been a great change in our life and we thoroughly love everything that this life has to offer!
