Our first time home buying experience with Deanna was exceptional. From the very onset, Deanna worked with us to understand our needs and budget, while providing us knowledge on the current state of the market and how that would impact our personal experience. Throughout the process she was responsive, always willing to put in extra time to help us look at homes, and an excellent Realtor. Deanna's strongest trait to us was that it truly felt like she cared about us and helping us find the home that was right. She was very personable, easy to work with, and always discussed things from the perspective of our needs and how different homes fulfilled those different needs.Ultimately Deanna helped us get our home the first day it popped back on the market, before others could view it. She helped us negotiate in a way that secured the home quickly and efficiently (in a rather crazy market). We would highly recommend Deanna to anyone looking for a realtor in the NE Ohio regions she covers.

I met Deanna at an open house and she was very helpful in narrowing down my list of required home features, room, baths and square footage. Within 30 minutes she not only refined my search area but had other more viable options for me to review. In my opinion she saved me a couple weeks of researching the wrong properties and gave me a couple local options since I was already in the area. One of those options I was interested in looking into and she arranged a viewing of that property in less than a day and arranged her schedule to accommodate me. Since my mother insisted on an inspection as well she was very gracious to her and welcomed all of her many opinions and talked at length with my mother about all her concerns even though she wasnt the potential buyer. Although that property was not her listing and didnt know everything about it she was efficient and quickly got all the answers to my questions within a few hours. Her follow up was fast and she responded back to my emails and calls and it never was even an entire day. I'm not a first time buyer but she still took the time to get back to me daily to see if there was anything else I needed with regard to information, the handling of paperwork or even just to remind me of upcoming dates and deadlines. She even helped to arrange a free moving truck for me to use by her company. Being a part of a large company and the business community its rare that I come across an individual that takes that much pride in their work and doing things above and beyond their expected duties. But, as I look back at Deannas service and attitude, I'm proud to say she worked with me . Jeff Kuehn
