Deanna is amazing! She provided such personal service that I felt like I was her family member that she was helping! She was present at every showing, always arriving well before us to walk through the property, familiarizing herself and identifying any potential concerns. She is very knowledgeable and pointed out things we wouldn't have known to look for or consider! She explained everything to us clearly and thoroughly. She was in constant communication, with a ridiculously fast response time, day or night and extremely patient. She negotiated on our behalf, very successfully in fact, exceeding our expectations! Deanna is an outstanding listener. We explained to her exactly what we were looking for, and she delivered us the home of our dreams! We are Army veterans and first time home buyers. Deanna was one of the greatest blessings we received in our new life outside of the military and we are forever grateful that we found her! We began our home search shortly after moving to Orlando in June of 2018. I was perusing homes on Zillow and the first home I wanted to look at, Deanna just happened to be the realtor. In my initial contact with her, she gave me clear directions and told me she would meet me at 10am at the gate to the community. When I arrived, she was already there waiting for me. She drove me to the home, walked me through each room discussing intricate details about the home, the neighborhood, the community, and the surrounding area. I asked her about the HOA fee and what it covered and she showed me around the community and provided me with a tour of the different amenities available that are covered by the HOA fees. She followed up with me afterwards via email with responses to questions I had asked earlier that she needed to research before answering.We loved the home, however, we decided we werent quite ready to purchase yet. After the initial showing with Deanna, I knew I wanted to work with her. For the next eight months she sent me listings and would occasionally check in to see how we were doing. There was never a time we ever felt pressure from her to buy. We knew that when we were ready, she was there to help us. In April of 2019, we reached out to Deanna and let her know we were ready to buy. She told me that she had this house she thought I might like. It wasnt in a zip code I had listed, but she asked if I wanted to see it anyway. I drove over to meet her and the house was perfect! It was in a great area with the exact criteria I had given her many months before. She walked me through the home, spoke about the updated appliances to include the state of the art HVAC system that was in the house. She knew the age of the appliances and she was able to give a full history of the house since its completion in 2004. She explained about the school district, the surrounding area, and the amenities of the neighborhood. When I asked about the age of the roof she was able to tell me the whole history and the repairs that took place and when they occurred. Not only did Deanna find us our house, but she helped us negotiate the price with the owner, who accepted our first offer. She also was able to negotiate a few additional repairs covered by the owner before our closing date. Deanna was with us throughout the entire process of working with our lender and she guided us every step of the way. She eased our nerves and answered any and all questions we had as we went through the home buying process. She also was with us when we had our inspection of the house and she was there at closing. After we moved in, a leak sprung up by our water meter, she assisted us in immediately repairing it. She also helped us settle into our home and gave us recommendations for lawn care and aided us in the process for submitting requests through the HOA to repaint our house and add a fence. Deanna is not just a real estate agent. She is one of the most kind, passionate, professional, and knowledgeable people weve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Buying a home with Deanna is not a transaction but an experience. You get a partner who is as excited as you are about finding the perfect home for your family and lifestyle! I am not sure what we would have done without Deanna. We are eternally thankful everyday to have found her and have her as a part of our lives! We highly recommend her!

Deanna is absolutely great to work with. She both listed my old home and helped me buy a new one. I was so happy to have her for both transactions, and I would use her again if I ever decided to sell in the future. She was on top of the transactions every step of the way, always anticipating the next required action and communicating exactly what was going on and what I needed to do. Deanna, on two occasions, negotiated issues that occurred during the sale of my home and kept the house sold. Issues came up during the inspection and she was there to negotiate a resolution. The day before closing, the garage door failed. I didn't have time to fix it and she resolved the problem. She also sold houses for two close friends, everyone was pleased.

I would highly recommend Deanna! Her attention to detail and efficiency was a pleasure to deal with. From my first phone call with Deanna every concern was dealt with immeadiately....being from Canada there were tax implications that Deanna checked into to Insure conditions were met and there would be no Issues. Her negotiation skills were second to none....selling my home in less than 24 hrs for full price and all my conditions were met. She also handled the sale of my furniture which was a totally separate transaction. I cant imagine that the sale of home could have run anymore smoothly.
