Absolutely amazing! We moved from out of state to NC and Abbie was assisting us with our house search from day 1. If we found a house we liked, she would do a video tour of the home for us immediately. She is knowledgeable of the local market, great at handling the paperwork side of things, and was able to walk us through the home buying process with ease. Deana Bowen was very familiar with the area that I was interested in. Her expertise was very evident when time came for the home inspection. She knew the electrical box was one that had been recalled and told me about it before the inspection occurred. Her attention to detail was amazing. As most first time house owner I have to admit I was a bit nervous about selling my home. I was a single parent at the time (due to my wife being stationed in another state) and managing a house-hold of two kids, three pets as well as being active duty military. Now, being in the military, it's not unusual to have some pretty strict timelines on when you need to move. Add that to trying to juggle the kids school, packing up all your stuff, purging all the excess toys, deep cleaning everything, trying to ensure that potential buyers see the best possible version of your house so they actually want to buy it and you have where I was at. For me, stressed out was an understatement. I knew I needed help. Deana and her team are great, I used them for years managing my rental property and I never had to worry. When problems arose her team responded promptly with appropriate actions every time.
