Dean did a great job in helping us find our new home in SD.. Dean frequently kept in touch by phone as the home buying process proceeded. We lived out of state, so we greatly appreciate his communications. He was there at the home inspection in place of us, and kept us apprised of everything. The seller was less than stellar to deal with, but Dean did a fine job. We are so grateful to him for being our advocate! Dean has followed up with us periodically, assisting us with resource helps regarding our roof leaks and plumbing issues.
