Going into the home buying process for the first time felt extremely daunting. However, working with Dean made everything a breeze. He did a great job helping us research properties and hooked us up with a fantastic lender. He explained the entire home buying process along the way so that we never felt like we were brainlessly signing the mountain of paperwork required to buy a home. We ended up buying the first home he showed us amongst many, beat out multiple offers, and got a great deal in the process. In the past my wife would take care of all of the details with our home purchases and sales; so this was my first real opportunity to see what happens up close. Dean Rinke used the 72SOLD method and explained in detail exactly what the process would be and why we would do it that way. 72SOLD say they will sell your home in 8 Days; we went to market late in the day on 07.07.2023 my home was under contract on 07.11.2023 that is amazing!
