Luckily, Dean had been showing the house to back-up buyers. The day after the buyer dropped out, we had a new buyer. At the same time, Dean was our buyers agent. He was able to find us a house and still pull off closing the same day as the previous deal. We are extremely happy with the way it all worked out. Dean is not your average real estate agent. He goes above and beyond all expectations. Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable, he is great at entertaining kids.
