As a former real estate photographer who worked with over a hundred Realtors before moving to Canton, I know what makes a competent real estate professional. When I started my home search, I planned on interviewing multiple Realtors, looking for somebody who was hard-working, committed to their clients, and who possessed knowledge of the local market as well as knowledge in common issues homes typically have in the area. A huge plus to me was somebody who understood what the costs to remedy/renovate those issues would come out to. Kelli was the first person who I interviewed (because she was so prompt with replying to my request to talk to her), and she was the only person I needed to interview. Her knowledge of all things real estate was instantly apparent. Our home search was aggressive but short-lived, and Kelli saved me from making some potentially bad decisions multiple times. She wasnt looking for a quick commission check, she was looking out for me as a client. I truly cannot recommend her enough.
