Every room was filled with items that it looked like a hoarder lived in it. She brought in people to clear the clutter and clean. The photos in the listing barely looked like the same home before we had Dawn take over. Dawn is a very good communicator, responding to emails promptly. She even provided reminders to contact the utilities etc. prior to closing, much appreciated. We received multiple offers after just 1 open house. We were pleasantly surprised to sell the home for approximately 10% over asking. Did I mention this home was a total mess? Highly recommend Dawn if buying/selling a home.
