I am a graduate of Gettysburg College and the Rhode Island School of Design, but my love of the Adirondacks brought about a big change to own my own Real Estate Company, Timm Associates. I have over 30 years of experience listing and selling throughout the region.

Clean out and clean up. Make sure that your curb appeal is at it's best, it sets the tone for any showing. Buyers want good condition and cleanliness to consider buying a property.

I recently sold a very expensive property to a buyer who could afford to purchase anything. It was particularly gratifying because he was buying in an area in which he had grown up. It was a nostalgic return back to what he had know as a kid.
I was originally a business broker in the Philadelphia area when I got my first real estate license. When I moved to the Adirondacks, I decided that listing and selling vacation homes and businesses was a natural progression.
My training includes being able to show property by boat, X country skiis, snowmobile or snowshoe if necessary. I have knowledge of so much of the area that I am comfortable in most situations. There are so many adventures when working in this area.
