Erika is awesome! We came to town with low expectations that we would find our forever home in one trip but she delivered by showing us multiple homes in one day. She is so easy to talk to, understand exactly what we wanted, and she nailed it! We found our home by the end of the day and flew out with excited plans. My husband and I relocated to Boise from Salt Lake City and Erika was incredibly helpful throughout our home buying process. From the beginning she was very helpful in giving us the lay of the land and was always available for showings. She continuously pointed out things that we should be aware of and that might be important to us that we would not have otherwise thought of not living in the Treasure Valley. We never felt pressured to hurry up and buy anything - she was extremely patient with us. I was also very impressed with her detailed knowledge of the Treasure Valley given she is not originally from the area. She has intricate knowledge of all the neighborhoods, pros and cons of each, etc. When we got to making offers, she was excellent in helping gauge where we needed to come in to be competitive. Once we were under contract, her negotiation skills proved excellent as well. She was forward thinking and proactive rather than reactive. She and her team were also incredibly organized throughout the contract period, making the process very smooth. Overall we were very happy with our experience with Erika and would recommend her to anyone local or out of state looking to buy a home.
