TL;DR Dawn Rawlins is a consummate professional whose industry & market knowledge, network of resources, patience and communication resulted in my finding the perfect home. She was advocate through out the process and there were no surprises thanks to her open and proactive guidance. If you are looking for a realtor who will have your best interests, be flexible and considerate, look no further. I found a champion in my Realtor Dawn Rawlins. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the process. When Dawn did her first interview with me, she asked me all about myself, my family, my goals aesthetic and what would make this a great experience. I told her all of the things I thought I knew (many of which I modified over time) and what made me feel anxious or nervous, like financial or process surprises. She reassured me that she had my back and had a session with me to explain the process and everyone's role. We saw many properties before I made a choice and she let me go at my own pace - we did anywhere from 2 - 5 properties at a time some days and while I was mooning over a fixture, she was making sure that I was keeping in mind all of the things that mattered to me from our initial interview. She never impressed her opinion on me and was a wonderful sounding board. When I was beginning to wonder if I was too picky, she reassured me the perfect house was there. I was introduced to my house from a listing that Dawn sent, and she was right, the perfect home was there! The closing process couldn't have been more seamless. We close on Monday (It was about 30 days from offer and less than 3 months from the time we started looking (even with the holidays). I could not be more grateful for her professionalism, guidance and the way she made this process easy and fun. If I had a million words, I couldn't say enough to express my gratitude for this experience.

Dawn was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! She laid out the entire process for us up front so there were no surprises. My wife and I are both retired military so we have sold multiple homes and Dawn is by far the best realtor weve ever had. We also got $50K over ask and I'm sure it was because Dawn is top notch. Her photographer was 2nd to none as well. Our home looked so amazing, we had 4-5 offers as soon as it hit the market!
