Originally from Long Island, NY, I've been a Lancaster County resident for over 30 years. My husband, Andy, and I have successfully been investing, purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling many homes throughout Lancaster County since 2011. That exposure to real estate led me to obtain my own Real Estate License. Since then, I've earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation providing me the education to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. My clients have no doubt, when working with a professional who understands the 50-plus demographics, they receive tailored care for their needs and specifications. I've also obtained my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation giving my clients elevated professional standards and top personal performance in selling their homes. As of 2025 I have left both of these Designations laps due to the fact I'm not paying my annual fee to the National Association of Realtors. Their corrupt spending habits in the past and ridiculous salaries to their executives have forced me into this decision. However; my experience is still there. The past three years, I've earned the "Agent of the Year" award from Century 21 Home Advisors. I've also received a National award from the Century 21 Brand by earning the "2024 President's Award" for top production and Quality Service Award consecutively for the past four years. To be awarded the Quality Service Award means I have consistently exceeded high-level service to my customers. It also represents the compassion and customer care I'm blessed to provide to every buyer and seller I represent, making every one of them not only comfortable with the complex buying and selling process, but able to get through it all with as little stress and as much success as possible.
