Everything Dawn informed me through the process was extremely accurate. This made me have an extreme comfort level knowing Dawn knows she Stuff. Dawn informed me the need of a home warranty would be needed to close the deal and quoted me a price. The home warranty did help close the deal and the actual price was under what she said. Dawn also knew the prices of the properties in the area. We listed it higher but I knew what the actual selling number range.

I would highly recommend Dawn Passante for anyone trying to sell their home or for anyone trying to buy a new house. My mother had passed away after living in her home for almost 50 years. Her home was now part of an estate and had to be sold. It was such an emotional and difficult time for me. We had a few realtors who came over, and told us to sell the house to an investor or sell the house as is. But when Dawn came over she said she saw potential in the house and she love the house. She told us if we were willing to put in some hard work we would be able to sell it. She gave us good advice and told us what we needed to do. Dawn was always there for us with questions or problems that came up. Dawn had so much patience, she was kind, hard-working and honest. She went above our expectations of what a realtor should be.
