Dawn was extremely helpful both in finding a rental property for our family and selling our home. Finding a rental property was challenging due to lack of availability and other challenges but Dawn was very encouraging and we found a great place. Dawn arranged for beautiful photos of our home, marketed the house for a few days, and held an open house. She helped us consider two excellent offers by the end of the open house day. The sale process was very smooth with Dawn coordinating everything. We'll be moving in a couple years and plan to reach out to Dawn to help us again. Highly recommend.
