ZillowVERIFIEDDawn is the definition of a hands-on realtor, who goes above and beyond just getting a house bought or sold. She has the knowledge in the community to be able to look at a particular property and immediately know all about it -- i.e., it was built by such-and-such a builder, who used a particular type of plumbing twenty years ago, but changed their specifications 15 years ago. The other thing that I like about her is that shes just trying to make a sale, but tells clients about options that might be better for the client, even if it means she doesnt get a commission. Cant recommend her highly enough.
