Reaching out to Annie was the best decision we made in our search for a home in Lake Forest. The market has been so tight so we really wanted somebody who had good connections and relationships in the area. From the start it seemed that we made a good choice as she was always able to get us into homes before they hit the market and worked hard to make things happen. It took us 2 years to finally decide on a home and let me tell you, not once did she ever make us feel rushed or like we were indecisive (even though we were). Annie's professionalism and expertise was present in every single one of our interactions but so was her kindness and consideration for our process. What really impressed me was how she managed our inspection process. She was there for every single follow-up meeting, following plumbers, electricians, HVAC etc., with a checklist that came from our inspection report making sure that every little thing was addressed. She coordinated all of the appointments because again, she had so many good relationships, that she was able to get appointments quickly within the tight timeline. We've bought houses before so we know the difference and she is just exceptional. We've made no less than 10 appointments at our new home after we went into contract (contractors, desingers, etc.) that she made time for and did so with kind understanding. She's wonderful!
