Selecting McCurdy Real Estate Group to list my brothers home was the best choice Id made in recent memory. Selling a house in New York while living in Florida made me a more needy than usual seller, but Dawn and Alden surpassed all my expectations, demonstrating their exceptional market knowledge. McCurdys suggested listing price was 50% higher than that of other agencies, but not only did they get it, we had offers within 24 hours and the final accepted offer was 56% over other agencies suggested listing prices. Dawn and Alden convinced me not to sell the property completely as-is, and my clean-up investment yielded an ROI of 325%. Contractors recommended by Dawn and Alden proved to be competent, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I had no issues with service providers recommended by Dawn and Alden. If there was an issue with third-parties, Dawn addressed it head-on and with considerably more tact than I was likely to have exhibited. When a contractor needed access to the house, Alden or Dawn made themselves available to let them in. Where photos were appropriate to convey a condition, they provided them. McCurdy Real Estate Group earned every penny of their commission and I am pleased to give them my highest recommendation.

Edie was pleasant to work with, was very knowledable on the area and was quick to respond to our questions. This was critical as we did most of our negotiations long distance. Michael came highly recommended to us with a knowledge of a home's structure, thorough overview of the internal contents, and his presentation of the details such as taxes, utilities, etc. Upon meeting him we felt calm in knowing that he was going to help us find our dream home. He sat with us and asked us about what our vision for our home looked like while learning about our wishes, budget, and deal breakers. He then educated us on what the current market looks like. Michael set us up with the listings coming into our email so that we could virtually look when we had time. Of course, once you start seeing them you get excited! He set up the showings quickly as he told us that the market moves quickly and he wanted us to have the best chance possible if we like the home. After seeing 5 homes we found the ONE!
