As a real estate appraiser working in the Valley for over 25 years, Ive dealt with a lot of realtors and most of them were very good at their jobs. But when it came time to sell our house, I knew I wanted Dawn to be our realtor. Our house went into MLS on Thursday and we had four offers by Monday, thanks to Dawns excellent staging ideas, the amazing pictures taken by her professional photographer, and her hard work.
