Over the next dozen years my career in real estate was marked by success. During my first year I was nominated for a Rookie of the Year award for achievements in sales quantity and volume, and each subsequent year I have closed between $5 million and $10 million in sales of new and existing homes. I continually met and exceeded every sales goal set, driving profitability and company success. In 2016 I started my own company, and am responsible for every aspect of operations in my business.
Many skills have contributed to my success, in addition to my natural talent for sales. I communicate and interact effectively with people of all nationalities and backgrounds, seeking to understand their unique situation and needs. Once I gain this understanding, I use my in-depth knowledge of local real estate, including products, properties, trends, and market specifics, to suggest solutions that meet their needs. This ability to match client needs to available products is key to client satisfaction. Running a small business in the real estate field also demands strong skills in organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking, flexibility, oral communication, and written communication.
