Dawn made the entire process easy. She took care of everything and answered all my questions, even utilities and where could I find a good person to do work within my new place. Making the move from CA to NH was scary and without Dawn?s guidance and expert knowledge of the area...I would have been so stressed out. I will not recommend Dawn Harmon. She would not return telephone calls, e-mails or texts when information was requested. She ignored the buyer agent, the lender and the closing company. If you were fortunate enough to get a response, it was to tell you that she had no answers.

Dawn (and Jamie) were awesome. Our house had been on the market for several months and they helped us turn things around. Dawn insisted on staging the house and I admit that I was skeptical. She helped us get it done and a few months later we sold the house. She was warm and supportive and a great realtor.
