She has a ton of experience and expertise in all aspects of the process, including market analysis, selling/buying strategy, the houses themselves (always calling out concerns or questions during showings and getting answers whenever needed), and negotiation. She's very responsive and always has time for you. The communication from her and the team guiding the process was timely, detailed, and well-organized so I knew exactly what was needed when, and didn't feel overwhelmed. The marketing materials and photos for our sale were excellent, and we got multiple above-asking offers quickly. She also has great referrals/partners, and we needed several (lender, title company, staging company, designer, painters, flooring, cleaners and other contractors). She and her team were with us every step of the way. Can't imagine having done it with anyone else.
